図書館わきのオジサン達

TWO MEN SITTING BY THE LIBRARY
The architecture of the library was superb, but the sculpture of two men sitting side by side (in a sense) was also very interesting and beautiful. What are they looking at, not the library but what? If you visit the library, don't miss it!

ラトビア国立図書館もさることながら、隣接のアートも秀逸でした。

[1] 手前のオジサンが大きい [2] 奥のオジサンまるで小人 [3] 並べて見るとこんなに違う

こっちから見れば手前のオジサンのほうが大きく見える（写真[1]）。遠近法であたり前……と思いつつ、反対側から見れば、奥のオジサンはまるで小人（写真[2]）。実際に並べて見ると写真[3]のように大小くっきり。

遊び心いっぱいのオジサン二人が見つめる先は図書館かと思いきやちがって、どこ見てるんだろ？　ラトビア国立図書館のついでにお見逃しなく。
