AFTER ALL THEIR HARD WORK: A platform of a Yamagata Shinkansen station offers various signs just to tell the passengers that an elevator is located behind the stairs. Low use maybe, but the station staffs want it to be used more frequently, after all their hard work!

山形新幹線の赤湯駅のホーム。階段の向こう側にエレベーターがあるぞアピールがすごかった。せっかく作ったんだから使ってよ！という気持ちが前面に出てる。使わないといけないような気にさえなる（笑）。

 

それにしても、新幹線のホームとは思えない雰囲気であった。そろそろ山形のネタが尽きるので次の旅の予定を立てよう。
